#16-Greg Biffle won segment 1 of the Sprint All Star race at Charlotte Motor Speedway, winning $25,000. #99-Edwards was second followed by #18-Busch, #4-Kahne, #14-Stewart, #5-Johnson, #17-Kenseth, #33-Bowyer, #24-Gordon, and #25-Martin. #22-Busch had to serve a penalty for having a crew member over the wall too early on his pit stop and finished the segment 1 lap down but got the lucky dog. #2-Keselowski lost the brakes in his car and finished several laps behind the leaders.
