Ray Evernham has a long history with Ronald McDonald House, from the early days when he stayed there while his young son Ray J received treatment for leukemia. Now, he has come full circle â with plans to present a $1 million check for the new Ronald McDonald House in Charlotte on Tuesday, October 25th. As part of the check presentation, Evernham and wife, Erin Crocker Evernham, will host a trick-or-treat party for the families and patients staying at the house, providing costumes for everyone and lots of candy for the children. Halloween trick-or-treat party for patients and their families staying at the Ronald McDonald House will receive donated costumes and trick-or-treat room to room at the house. Evernham will also present a $1 million check to the Ronald McDonald House of Charlotte.(10-22-2011)
