Jeff Burton will run the Caterpillar Global Mining scheme on the #31 RCR Chevy at Phoenix International Raceway. Empire Southwest will be featured on the #31 Cat Mining Chevy’s deck lid for the Kobalt Tools 500 this weekend in Phoenix. This third-generation, family owned company was founded in 1950 and supplies construction and mining equipment to Arizona, Southeastern California and portions of Northern Mexico.
