Timothy Peters and the #17 Tire Kingdom/Service Central racing team have several standout achievements in 2011 including a pole win at Charlotte Motor Speedway in May, a win at Lucas Oil Raceway in July and currently they are fifth in the Truck Series point standings. Peters is currently 21 points ahead of sixth position in the point standings, in this weekend’s race at Homestead-Miami Speedway Peters must finish 17th or better regardless of what the sixth place competitor does to hold onto the fifth position in the point standings.
