David Ragan made one thing certain this offseason â his love for Jacquelyn Ann Butler. The NASCAR Sprint Cup Series driver recently proposed to his longtime girlfriend and the two have set a 2012 wedding date of Dec. 15 at a Charlotte-area church. Butler and Ragan met Sept. 6, 2006 on the UNC Charlotte campus not far from Charlotte Motor Speedway and the two have been fixtures at the racetrack ever since. Ragan just completed his fifth full year in the Sprint Cup Series and is currently in negotiations with teams in regard to his 2012 season.(FullCircle Ventures)(12-15-2011)
