JW Demolition Debuts as Primary Sponsor: The GB Racing team welcomes JW Demolition as Primary Sponsor for the running of the N.C. Education Lottery 200 at Charlotte Motor Speedway. The Charlotte, NC based demolition specialist has been an Associate Sponsor on the #23 Ford of GB Racing the first four races of the season. The team will feature a special JW Demolition paint scheme for the Friday night event with regular Primary Sponsor, GunBroker.com, stepping aside and serving as Associate Sponsor. Jason White will once again honor his hometown friend — Andy Pope — who lost his life a few weeks ago. Jason and Andy grew up together in the Richmond, Virginia area and their close bond was strengthened by their love of racing. While Jason has gone on to become a successful driver in the top levels of NASCAR, Andy would go on to become a valued crew member for many NASCAR teams. Jason honored his longtime friend by putting his name above the door of his #23 GunBroker.com Ford Late Model entry in the Denny Hamlin Short Track Showdown at Richmond International Raceway two weeks ago. Jason will carry a special decal on his #23 JW Demolition Ford this week that honors the life of his friend.[Image of the #23-JW Demolition Ford is posted on the #23 NCWTS 2012 Paint Schemes page.](GB Racing PR)(5-14-2012)
