When #11-Denny Hamlin takes to the track for Sunday’s ‘FedEx 400 benefiting Autism Speaks’ NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race at Dover International Speedway, fans will be treated to a specially designed paint scheme just for the Monster Mile that shows support for Autism Speaks. This will be the second straight year Hamlin has run a special paint scheme for Autism Speaks at Dover, and just another component in the now six-year partnership between Autism Speaks and the track. Also, the first 11,000 fans through the gate at the FedEx 400 will receive a mini-diecast #11 car that also serves as a FedEx Office coupon. Hamlin will be on hand representing FedEx and Autism Speaks the night before his race during the pep rally for the NASCAR Unites Track Walk and Sunoco Free Fuel 5K Run, set to take place immediately after Saturday’s Nationwide Series race. The driver will help rally the walk from the SPEED stage in the FanZone before the event begins.(Dover International Speedway), see an image of the scheme on my #11 Team Schemes page.(5-31-2012)
