Charter joins RCR’s #2 Nationwide team plus more: Richard Childress Racing’s affiliation with Charter will take center stage this weekend as the St. Louis, Mo.-based company becomes the primary sponsor on the #2 Chevrolet at Road America in the NASCAR Nationwide Series event on June 23 with driver Elliott Sadler. Charter, the fourth-largest cable operator in the United States and a leading broadband communications company, will also adorn several RCR entries throughout the 2012 season, including the #-29 and #-31 Sprint Cup Series Chevrolets, the #2 and #3 Nationwide Series Chevrolets and the #2 and #22 Chevrolets in the Camping World Truck Series. Sadler, will get behind the wheel of the #2 Charter Chevrolet at the first road course event of the 2012 Nationwide Series season at Road America in Elkhart Lake, Wis.
