Denver, CO-based Furniture Row Racing, disappointed in driver #78-Regan Smith’s 26th-place standing in the NASCAR Sprint Cup series, could potentially make significant personnel changes before or during this weekend’s race at New Hampshire Motor Speedway. Team spokesman Dave Ferroni acknowledged the possible changes but declined to specify where they will take place. However, Ferroni said Smith who is in the final year of his contract will continue to drive the #78 Chevy. The team is managed by Denver native Joe Garone, who oversees crew chief Pete Rondeau and director of competition Mark McArdle.(Denver Post)(7-12-2012)
