UPDATE: Max Q Motorsports (MQM) Owner Larry Gunselman announced that MQM and Tommy Baldwin Racing have formed a technical alliance. J.J. Yeley will be the driver of the MQM #37 entry effective immediately. ‘Max Q has been trying to put itself in position get back into the ‘Cup series and be competitive,’ explained Gunselman. ‘Tommy and I got to talking and he explained where he want his program to go. He would like to build his program like the Hendrick, RCR and Roush teams by selling cars and engineering to make their program better, and that is something that I been looking to do to get my program to the next level.’ TBR competed with two teams this season in the NSCS. The team, formed in 2009, also started a NASCAR Nationwide team this season, running a partial schedule. ‘The only way we are going to get better is to be able to get our product out there more and have different people working on it,’ Tommy Baldwin said. ‘I ‘m confident that with the group of guys Larry is assembling along with J. J. behind the wheel it will benefit both teams.’(Tommy Baldwin Racing)(7-20-2012)
