For the second time in as many races, the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series will visit a facility with a newly repaved surface as the teams and drivers head to Michigan International Speedway to compete in the VFW 200. Timothy Peters and the #17 Red Horse Racing team have prepared a brand-new Tundra for battle, hoping to increase their chances of finishing up front. Peters enters Michigan with an eight point lead over second place in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series point standings, and finished second at the 2-mile oval last season. Electing to utilize the newest chassis in the Red Horse Racing fleet for this weekend’s VFW 200, the #17 team will bring chassis number 004 to Michigan for competition. This particular Tundra will see its very first laps on the track with Peters behind the wheel.(Red Horse Racing PR)(8-13-2012)
