Holman looks to make first truck start at home track:

Caleb Holman and the #75 Henderson Motorsports team will attempt to make their first NASCAR Camping World Truck Series start at the Worlds Fastest Half Mile Wednesday night in the UNOH 200. Holman is ranked as a rookie, being his first year in the Truck Series, but many would agree that the rookie status flies out the window when he takes to the high banks of Bristol Motor Speedway. After several years of bad luck and heartbreak at BMS, Holman finally found victory lane in August of 2008 when he won the Hooters Pro Cup event. “I absolutely cannot wait to get on track at Bristol. We have not tested the truck there, but we should be in the ballpark. Plus we’ve got Butch Miller helping us this week. It’s always good to have someone who has been working in the series for the past few years, since we are still learning,” said Holman. This week will mark the teams sixth start in the Truck Series. “Of course we want to run good at Bristol, it’s our home. Our family, friends, employees and team have all been looking forward to this race in front of our home crowd,” said team owner, Don Henderson.(Holman/Henderson Motorsports PR)(8-20-2012)
