Hamlin wins an extra $10,000 for charity:

Call it the $10,000 dance. The signature driver introductions before Saturday’s Night Race had a little extra pizzazz as the 43 competitors vied to be chosen as the top act through a fan vote with legendary ring announcer Michael Buffer MC ‘ing the festivities. Before he won the race, #11-Denny Hamlin won the crowd’s affections and $10,000 for the charity of his choice by showing off his dance moves for the second straight Cup event at BMS, this time wiggling through the ‘Wobble’ dance to the namesake song by V.I.C. #14-Tony Stewart also drew plenty of cheers by channeling the driver voted the sport’s most popular nine straight times. ‘Hey, I ‘m Dale Earnhardt Jr.,’ Stewart said during his introduction. ‘Have a good time tonight.’ #18-Kyle Busch drew his usual chorus of boos when he stepped on the track, entering to the song ‘Rowdy Busch’ written in his honor by NASCAR rapper Raytona 500.(Bristol Herald Couirer)(8-27-2012)
