Danny Efland announced his return to J.D. Motorsports w/ Gary Keller as the driver of the Nationwide Series #4 Chevy for the 2013 season in 27 races. Danny drove 17 races for the Johnny Davis owned team as Mike Wallaces teammate during 2012. Finishing 21st in the driver standings, Danny had 5 top 20s and completed all of the laps at both supper speedways. Danny said that he looks forward to an expanded season with JDM and further said that Johnny Davis has been very busy during the off season and has significantly improved the cars and over all program. Sponsorship is not yet locked in but Danny and the JDM team are busy working to put that together.(Efland PR)(1-22-2013) UPDATE: Efland, who also drove in 18 NNS races last year, made 17 starts in the JD Motorsports #4 Chevy. This year, he will drive in each race except the Auto Club Speedway, Las Vegas Motor Speedway, both Iowa Speedway and Phoenix International Raceway events. For those events, the team has brought back Daryl Harr, from St. Albert, Alberta, Canada, to drive. He competed in eight races with JD Motorsports in 2012. While the driver seat situation is solidified for 2013, the team is still seeking qualified shop mechanics and a hauler driver for their team. And, like all teams on the NASCAR circuit, they are seeking marketing partners for both the #01 and #04 Chevys. (JD Motorsports)
