Bob Osborne stepped down as #99-Carl Edwards crew chief last July, citing undisclosed health reasons. Hes still helping Edward and Roush Fenway Racing, only from behind the scenes. ‘Bob is still here at the race track, hes still in all the meetings’ Edwards said after new crew chief Jimmy Fennig helped him end a 70-race winless streak. ‘He doesnt seem as stressed out.
