This is his first pole in 11 NASCAR Nationwide Series races. This is his first pole and second top-10 start in 2013. This is his first pole in five races at Iowa Speedway. Regan Smith (second) posted his seventh top-10 start of 2013 and his second in two races at Iowa Speedway. Alex Bowman (third) posted his first top-10 start at Iowa Speedway.
