Matt Kenseth won the 17th Annual SYLVANIA 300, his 31st victory in 500 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series races. This is his seventh victory and 15th top-10 finish in 2013. This is his first victory and 14th top-10 finish in 28 races at New Hampshire Motor Speedway. This is the third time a driver has won the first two races in the Chase for the NASCAR Sprint Cup. Tony Stewart did it in 2011 and Greg Biffle did it in 2008. 106 laps led in the race is a personal best for Matt Kenseth at New Hampshire Motor Speedway. He led a previous best 77 laps in the July 2002 race. Matt Kenseth is the 12th different driver to win in the last 12 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series races at New Hampshire Motor Speedway.
