McMurray wins Talladega:

#1-Jamie McMurray won the Camping World RV Sales 500 Sprint Cup Series race at Talladega Superspeedway for his 1st win of 2013 and 7th career win . #88-Earnhardt finished 2nd followed by #17-Stenhouse, Jr., #27-Menard, #18-Busch, #34-Ragan, #38-Gilliland, #56-Truex, Jr., #39-Newman, and #15-Bowyer. The race ended under caution after #17-Stenhouse, Jr. got in #14-Austin Dillon on the backstretch of the final lap while Dillon was running 3rd. Dillon spun around and came back into traffic. He was hit in the rear by #13-Mears and briefly got airborne. Everyone was ok and no other drivers were involved. Other Chase driver finishes: #16-Biffle (11th); #29-Harvick (12th); #48-Johnson (13th); #24-Gordon (14th); #22-Logano (16th); #99-Edwards (17th); #78-Busch (18th); #20-Kenseth (20th); #5-Kahne (36th). Pole sitter #43-Almirola finished 21st #48-Johnson took over the points lead heading to Martinsville. Hes up by 4 points over #20-Kenseth. There were 52 lead changes among 20 drivers and only 3 cautions for 10 yellow flag laps. The average speed was 178.795mph. NASCAR no longer announces the track attendance.
