Wallace, a NASCAR Drive for Diversity graduate, is the second African American to win a NASCAR event. #62-Brendan Gaughan was second, followed by #4-Jeb Burton, #30-Ben Kennedy, #29-Ryan Blaney, #51-Denny Hamlin, #77-German Quiroga, #98-Johnny Sauter, #92-Scott Riggs, and #31-James Buescher.
