Veteran driver and Texas Native David Starr along with Striping Technologies & Chasco Constructors will attempt to make his eighth career NASCAR Nationwide Series start at the fast, high banked 1.5 mile Texas Motor Speedway. This will mark David Starrs second start of the year.
