Danny Efland posted on his Facebook page that he has joined Richard Childress Racing as an engineer.’For those who didn’t know, I am now working for Richard Childress Racing as the team 33 engineer. We are running a part-time Cup and Nationwide schedule. It was tough to commit to a position outside the driver seat but it’s also a great opportunity to learn from and work with the best racers in the industry. I look forward to what’s ahead of me and appreciate everyone’s support thus far,’ he explained. Efland ran six Nationwide Series races last season.
