John Wes Townley will be pulling double duty racing in the ARCA Racing Series presented by Menards at Michigan International Speedway Friday, June 13th and then the Gateway 200 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series race at Gateway Motorsports Park Saturday, June 14, 2014. Due to the split schedule, Nelson Piquet Jr. will practice #5 Zaxby’s Wauters Motorsports entry on Friday while Townley is in Michigan. Townley will be back from Michigan in time for Saturday morning NASCAR Camping World Truck Series Driving for Linemen 200 practice. Townley has one start in the NASCAR Nationwide Series in 2009 posting a 21st-place finish on the 1.25-mile Madison, Illinois track. Team owner, Richie Wauters in his tenure as a crew chief has one top five and two top 10 finishes six starts on the track just East of St. Louis, Missouri.(Wauters Motorsports)
