Bandit Industries has signed a two-race deal to sponsor Jeffrey Earnhardt and JD Motorsports in the NASCAR Nationwide Series. Bandit will race with Earnhardt as the primary sponsor at Mid-Ohio for the Nationwide Children’s Hospital 200 Aug. 16. Bandit will return with Earnhardt as a co-primary sponsor for the VisitMyrtleBeach.com 300 at Kentucky Speedway Sept. 20. After opening the 2014 NASCAR season with Parker Kligerman in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series at Daytona, Bandit moved to track sponsorships for the two NASCAR race weekends at Michigan International Speedway, the local track for the Michigan-based manufacturer. Bandit’s second race weekend at MIS will take place concurrently with the Aug. 16 Nationwide race at Mid-Ohio. Founded in 1983, Bandit Industries is a global manufacturer of hand-fed and whole tree wood chippers, stump grinders, horizontal grinders, forestry mowers and specialty wood processing equipment.
