Ingersoll Rand returns to the #44 at Charlotte:

TriStar Motorsports and Ingersoll Rand will team up once again this weekend for the Drive for the Cure 300 Presented by Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina at Charlotte Motor Speedway. Will Kimmel will pilot the #44 Ingersoll Rand Camry in his fifth and final race with TriStar Motorsports this season. Kimmel made his second career NASCAR Nationwide Series start earlier this season in the #44 Camry at Phoenix International Raceway. This weekend’s race at Charlotte Motor Speedway will be Kimmel’s sixth career NNS race. Kimmel’s last NNS race this year will be a memorable one. In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, the #44 car will be sporting a pink and black wrap covered with names of people affected by breast cancer. The names were collected via a social media campaign hosted by Kimmel’s associate sponsor, Ingersoll Rand Power Tools. Ingersoll Rand invited fans to submit the names of loved ones to be printed on the car that will race this Friday night. More than 100 names were collected on social media using the hashtag #IRRACINGforaCure.(TriStar Motorsports)
