Original post 5-22-2018: HUNTERSVILLE, N.C. (May 22, 2018) JP Motorsports (JPM) announces today that Louisiana native Brandon Hightower will be piloting the No. 55 Toyota Camry in the NASCAR XFINITY Series race at Charlotte Motor Speedway on May 26th.
“I’m really excited to be racing for JPM this weekend and I’m grateful to Jerry Hattaway for giving me this opportunity,” states Hightower. “I have a great group of sponsors that have collaborated to make this possible and I can’t thank them enough.”
Over a three year span, Hightower has 10 starts in the NASCAR XFINITY Series and 4 in the Camping World Truck Series. He currently competes in ASCS and NCRA sprint cars along with Ark-La-Tex wing modifieds. The Alsco 300 at CMS will mark Hightower’s first NXS race of the 2018 season.
