Martins Motorsports announced today that SkyView Partners has signed to come on as a primary sponsor for the Darlington race that is slated to be run on Tuesday, May 19th, 2020.
This brand-new partnership has Martins Motorsports and Tommy Joe Martins looking forward to getting back to the track after the abrupt COVID-19 shutdown.
“This is such a cool opportunity to work with SkyView Partners. They’re just as excited as everyone at our team that we’re going racing again, and we’re thrilled to have them be a part of NASCAR’s return at Darlington. I know all of us want to give them a great first run, and I hope the relationship just continues to grow from here” stated Tommy Joe Martins.
CEO of SkyView, Scott Wetzel, is looking forward to the new partnership with Martins Motorsports.
“SkyView is excited to support the return of NASCAR and Tommy Joe Martins. The entire team at Martins Motorsports has been fantastic to work with, and we look forward to partnering with them to be part of one of America’s beloved sports. In light of recent events, NASCAR embodies the American spirit to evolve, adapt, and get back to business safely. SkyView had not been a sponsor for NASCAR in the past, but after their swift response, we look forward to sponsoring their efforts to reopen America” said CEO Scott Wetzel.
NASCAR is planning to return to the track on May 17th to the historic Darlington Raceway in South Carolina. The Xfinity series race will be held on Tuesday, May 19th. NASCAR is taking extreme caution with this return and Martins Motorsports will adhere to all guidelines set by NASCAR, the CDC, and state and local regulations in hopes of doing our part in providing a safe atmosphere for all.
