Sports Business Journal’s Adam Stern report that NASCAR is now considering when fans will be allowed to return to the races in some capacity.
The determination will be made after considering multiple factors, including local government regulations.

The plan would allow military personnel to attend and possibly a few hundred ticket holders, sources say.
