Six upcoming graduations to be held At Pocono Raceway over next two weeks


Pocono Raceway has agreed to host eight graduation ceremonies for local high schools in 22 days this spring and summer. In total, over 1,8000 graduates, and their loved ones, will celebrate their high school careers with a socially distanced ceremony and victory lap around the historic 2.5-mile racetrack. Class of 2020 graduates and their families will remain in their vehicles. (In addition to upcoming ceremonies listed below, Notre Dame High School and Jim Thorpe Area High School held their graduations at Pocono Raceway earlier this spring.)

Upcoming Local High School Graduation Ceremonies:

North Pocono High School
Date: Friday, June 12
Ceremony Start Time: 4:30 p.m. ET
Approx. Graduating Class: 200

East Stroudsburg High School North
Date: Saturday, June 13
Ceremony Start Time: 11:00 a.m. ET
Approx. Graduating Class: 250

East Stroudsburg High School South
Date: Saturday, June 13
Ceremony Start Time: 3:00 p.m. ET
Approx. Graduating Class: 310

Palmerton High School
Date: Monday, June 15
Ceremony Start Time: 6:30 p.m. ET
Approx. Graduating Class: 150

Pocono Mountain East High School
Date: Friday, June 19
Ceremony Start Time: 5:00 p.m. ET
Approx. Graduating Class: 350

Pocono Mountain West High School
Date: Saturday, June 20
Ceremony Start Time: 10:00 a.m. ET
Approx. Graduating Class: 400
