In addition to releasing the 2021 stage lengths, NASCAR issued a competition bulletin on Monday with slight "language adjustments" to the rulebook. Notably, the sanctioning body adjusted the explanation of a vehicle deemed worthy of taking the "free pass," in addition to crew member interference on pit road.
