JR Motorsports, as part of cornerstone partner Unilever’s United for America program, will showcase Camp4Heroes with a special paint scheme on Justin Allgaier’s No. 7 Chevrolet at Charlotte Motor Speedway during Memorial Day weekend on May 29.
Camp4Heroes, located on 184 acres in Robeson County, North Carolina, offers a peaceful retreat providing tranquility, relaxation, learning and rebuilding for veterans and first-responders readjusting to civilian life after serving our country. It is designed to aid the transition from active service and offers an opportunity to re-purpose their lives in any way they choose.
Unilever is a long-time and ardent supporter of the United States armed forces, encompassing current-service, reserve and veterans, and that support includes entities like Camp4Heroes. Allgaier’s Chevrolet will carry a special paint scheme promoting the organization in the NASCAR Xfinity Series, featuring a matte-black base coat interspersed with camouflage highlights. Unilever’s United For America logo adorns the hood and lower quarterpanel, with Camp4Heroes signage on the quarterpanels.
United for America is an expansive, Unilever-led movement that aims to unite with retail partners and nonprofits to help communities recover, rebuild, and reimagine their futures, especially during the COVID-19 crisis. Unilever has collaborated with frontline relief organizations like Feeding America and Direct Relief to provide critical support to Americans where it’s needed most, at a time when it’s needed most. The program provides essential products and supplies for millions of Americans, and Unilever is a purpose-driven company engaged in promoting cleanliness and sustainable living to help Americans thrive now and in the future.
