For the second time this season, Chase Briscoe will make an Xfinity Series start. This time, he’ll strap into the No. 99 BJ McLeod Motorsports Ford at Daytona International Speedway.
Briscoe will be sponsored by HaasTooling.com. In four career Xfinity Series starts at Daytona, Briscoe has a best finish of third, coming in last year’s August race.
Earlier this year at Charlotte Motor Speedway, Briscoe finished sixth despite leading 60 laps. Late in the race, the No. 99 car spun when eventual race winner Ty Gibbs took the air off the rear spoiler.
He's back. 👀@ChaseBriscoe_14 returns to the Xfinity Series this Friday under the lights in the No. 99 Ford Mustang! Be sure to tune in to NBCSN on Friday at 7:30 pm ET to catch this hot rod hit the high banks @DAYTONA pic.twitter.com/4lBYgjXsLL
