Caesar Bacarella Reinstated by NASCAR

Caesar Bacarella, co-owner of Alpha Prime Racing, has been reinstated by NASCAR and will pilot the No. 45 Chevrolet this weekend at Daytona International Speedway.

In November, Bacarella was suspended for violating the drug policy. In a statement, Tommy Joe Martins, co-owner of Alpha Prime Racing, said Bacarella unknowingly took a banned substance in a workout supplement.
