Richmond Penalty Announced

Richmond race winning crew chief Danny Stockman has been fined $2,500 for a safety (lug nut(s) not properly installed) infraction following post race inspection. Falling under Sections 8.8.10.4a: Tires and Wheels.

Also, Tony Waters and Sean Kerlin have been reinstated by NASCAR.
