MBM Motorsports announced late on Thursday evening that Dexter Stacey will compete in the season opening Xfinity Series race at Daytona for the team. Stacey will drive the No. 66 car.
Stacey has competed in 25 prior Xfinity races, with a best finish of 21st at Iowa Speedway in 2013. The last time he competed in the series was 2016, placing 37th at Texas Motor Speedway.
For the past three seasons, Stacey has focused on the Pinty’s Series in Canada, with a podium finish last May at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park.
