Johnny Sauter returns to G2G Racing for Daytona Truck Series race

Johnny Sauter will reunite with G2G Racing for the 2023 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series season-opening race at Daytona International Speedway, as the 2016 Series champion is set to pilot the team’s No. 47 Toyota Tundra.

According to G2G’s team owner Tim Viens, Sauter will have sponsorship from Barker Construction and he will have Tim Silva as his crew chief.

Memphis Villarreal will run at least seven races for the organization starting with Circuit of the Americas and ARCA Menards Series veteran Dale Quarterley will also run for the team at COTA.
