RSS Racing names crew chief lineup for 2023 season

Over the weekend, RSS Racing announced the crew chief lineup for all three of its cars for the 2023 Xfinity Series season.

A former longtime Richard Childress Racing employee Mike Scearce will take over as crew chief for Ryan Sieg, as Kevin “Cowboy” Starland retired at the conclusion of the 2022 season.

Steve Addington will return to RSS to call the races for the No. 38 car, with Joe Graf Jr. competing in 28 races.

RSS hired veteran crew chief Brad Parrott to lead the No. 28 car, driven by Kyle Sieg. Parrott is a 19-time winner in the top three national series, with his most recent victory coming in 2007 with Reed Sorenson.
