Hattori Racing Enterprises announced on Friday that Cup Series driver and 2017 Truck Series champion Christopher Bell will return to the trucks for the upcoming Tyson 250 at North Wilkesboro Speedway. Bell will drive the #61 Toyota as a teammate to #16-Tyler Ankrum.
