Jeff Meendering, crew chief of the No. 18 Toyota in the Xfinity Series for Sammy Smith has been fined $5,000 for not having a lug nut properly installed at the conclusion of Saturday’s A-Game 500. It violates Safety Sections 8.8.10.4a of the NASCAR rule book.
