McAnally-Hilgemann Racing (MHR) announced today that the organization has renewed its partnership with Instacoat Premium Products (IPP) for a multi-race agreement in 2024 and has also added former NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series (NCTS) champion Zane Smith to drive the No. 91 Chevrolet Silverado RST in four races.
The IPP colors will be featured on Smith’s No. 91 Chevrolet in three NCTS events, March 1st at Las Vegas Motor Speedway (LVMS), March 16th at Bristol Motor Speedway, and May 4th at Kansas Speedway. The 2022 NCTS champion will also drive the No. 91 at Texas Motor Speedway on April 5th. IPP will also ride on board Christian Eckes’ No. 19 Chevrolet Silverado RST in two NCTS events at North Wilkesboro Speedway (May 18th) and Richmond Raceway (August 10th).
“I’m super pumped to partner up with Bill McAnally and the MHR team for a handful of NCTS races this season,” Smith said. “It is going to be fun to race to win and not have to necessarily worry about racing for points.”
“Having Zane is a huge boost for our team and will be a great benefit to Jack Wood and the entire No. 91 team,” team owner Bill McAnally said. “Zane and Christian have been teammates before earlier in their careers also and he’ll be a great asset to all four teams. We couldn’t do this without the incredible relationship we’ve built with the Instacoat Premium Products team and their enthusiasm for our program.”
IPP launched in the late 1990’s following years of perfecting the liquid rubber technology. With the determination to produce a superior liquid rubber product line, IPP assembled a very knowledgeable professional team to perfect the existing technology. Based upon research, development, and testing period, the IPP team succeeded by creating a full line of liquid rubber products with outstanding performance properties. With the continued development of new products and improvements of their current product line, IPP continues to grow and lead the competition.
Smith will debut IPP’s new paint scheme at LVMS on March 1st at 9:00 p.m. ET on FOX Sports 1. For more information on IPP, visit www.instacoat.com.
