Alex Bowman, Tyler Reddick penalized after Daytona pre-race inspection

Qualifying inspection is complete in the NASCAR Cup Series garage.

  • The cars of #45-Tyler Reddick and #48-Alex Bowman failed inspection twice.
    • Car chiefs Michael Hobson (#45) and Ty Sipes (#48) have been ejected for the Daytona Duel races on Thursday for multiple inspection failures.
    • Both cars will lose pit selection for the Daytona Duel races.
