Jeffrey Earnhardt will compete in two upcoming Xfinity Series races for Sam Hunt Racing, beginning next weekend at Michigan International Speedway, the team announced on Monday.
Earnhardt piloted the No. 26 Toyota earlier this season at Atlanta Motor Speedway and Talladega Superspeedway, earning an eighth-place finish in his first start. The No. 26 car had an engine expire at Talladega, resulting in a 37th-place finish.
Earnhardt will conclude the season in the No. 26 car at Phoenix Raceway. In both upcoming races, he will have sponsorship from the team’s first partner, Synergy Modular.
