Joe Williams named crew chief for Parker Retzlaff in 2025

Veteran crew chief Joe Williams will move to Alpha Prime Racing in 2025 to call the shots for Parker Retzlaff, the team announced on Friday.

Williams split the 2024 Xfinity Series season between AM Racing and RSS Racing, as crew chief for Hailie Deegan and Kyle Sieg. In 2022, he won as crew chief for Cole Custer, who ran a partial schedule for SS-Greenlight Racing through a partnership with Stewart-Haas Racing.

Retzlaff and Williams will lead the way for the revamped No. 4 team, which Alpha Prime introduced during its announcement of the 21-year-old joining the team.
