Norm Benning to attempt several Truck Series races this season

NASCAR veteran racer Norm Benning has no plans to stop racing in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series any time soon.

In fact, the Pennsylvania native — who raced against the likes of Dale Earnhardt, Richard Petty and Alan Kulwicki in the NASCAR Cup Series in 1989 — is planning to attempt several races.

Benning confirmed to The Racing Experts he will take his No. 6 self-owned Truck to the season-opening Daytona race next week, both Martinsville races (April and November), and Talladega in October.
