Upstate Niagara Cooperative partners with Watkins Glen International

Upstate Niagara Cooperative (UNC Dairy) and Watkins Glen International have joined forces in a new partnership just in time for the start of the 2025 racing season festivities.

As part of the partnership, the Northeast dairy cooperative will have the naming rights to the Turn 10 Terrace at the historic New York track, now known as the Bison Dip Deck at The Glen. Additionally, Intense Milk, which delivers big, bold flavors, packed with protein, will be available around the track property for fans to enjoy while watching the intense racing action this season.

“Dairy farming is integral to the region and we’re proud to honor and support UNC Dairy’s efforts through this partnership,” said Watkins Glen International track president Dawn Burlew. “My family enjoys many quality products that are farmed through the UNC Dairy cooperative and it’s meaningful that we can share these locally-sourced items with our race fans.”

Bison® is a flagship brand of UNC Dairy, offering the iconic Bison French Onion Dip, sour cream, and cottage cheese that elevate everyday occasions. Bison products are made from premium, locally produced milk from the more than 230 member farms across Western and Upstate New York.

“UNC Dairy is excited to partner with the Watkins Glen International on behalf of our farmer owners, bringing two New York staples — Bison Dip and Intense Milk — to this iconic track,” said Betsy Drewniak, marketing director, Upstate Niagara Cooperative. “From enjoying the white-knuckle moments of racing with an Intense Chocolate Milk, to tasting the crowd-favorite Bison Dip on the Dip Deck, we look forward to connecting with the passionate Watkins Glen community and get taste buds racing!”

Fans who purchase a ticket package for the Bison Dip Deck receive a general admission ticket for the race weekend and exclusive access to the Bison Dip Deck with trackside viewing overlooking Turn 10 of The Glen all weekend long. The deck features a partially covered viewing platform with numerous seating areas and special reduced pricing on food and beverage in the deck area.

Watkins Glen International has several events this season for fans to enjoy from the Bison Dip Deck, including the upcoming IMSA race weekend which begins on Thursday, June 19, and continues through Sunday, June 22. The event features the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship Sahlen’s Six Hours of the Glen, the Michelin Pilot Challenge LP Building Solutions 120, the Porsche Carrera Cup, the Lamborghini Super Trofeo and plenty of additional activities throughout the weekend.

Fans can purchase tickets to this year’s event on www.theglen.com and enjoy multiple days of intense racing, vibrant entertainment, and undeniable enjoyment, nestled right in the heart of the Finger Lakes region.
