Iowa penalties: Joe Gibbs Racing’s No. 54 Xfinity team hit with fine

Joe Gibbs Racing’s No. 54 Xfinity Series team has been hit with a $5,000 fine for violating Sections 8.8.10.4a: Tires and Wheels in the NASCAR Rule Book for having an improperly installed lug nut following Saturday’s Hy-Vee Perks 250 at Iowa Speedway.
