Judge Kenneth Bell has ordered NASCAR and 23XI Racing and Front Row Motorsports to participate in a settlement conference on October 21 with mediator Jeffrey Mishkin.
Last week NASCAR asked the court to order a settlement conference with a judicial officer.
The judge’s order:
“Motion for Judicial Settlement Conference is GRANTED, in part. With the consent of all Parties, the Court will hold a settlement conference together with the Parties’ designated mediator, Jeffrey A. Mishkin, beginning at 9:30 a.m. on October 21, 2025 … The Court’s hearing on the Parties’ pending motions for Summary Judgment and to exclude witnesses (if necessary) is rescheduled for 9:30 a.m. on October 23, 2025”
