NASCAR Antitrust lawsuit dismissed after agreement finalized

The long-running antitrust lawsuit involving NASCAR, 23XI Racing and Front Row Motorsports is officially over.

On Tuesday, the parties filed a joint stipulation in federal court dismissing the case with prejudice, meaning it cannot be refiled. The dismissal covers all claims and counterclaims.

The lawsuit had been brought by 23XI Racing and Front Row Motorsports against NASCAR, alleging antitrust violations tied primarily to the charter system and team economics.

The case moved into trial late last year, but while proceedings were underway, the parties reached a settlement in December.
