Wendy’s, Trackhouse Racing extend partnership for the third season

Trackhouse Racing announced today that Wendy’s® will extend their partnership with the three-car team through the 2026 season. The popular restaurant chain, known for their square hamburgers made with fresh, never frozen beef*, has been a partner of Trackhouse since 2024.

Wendy’s will serve as primary sponsor for a select number of races on all three Trackhouse Chevrolets with drivers Ross Chastain, Shane van Gisbergen, and Connor Zilisch in the NASCAR Cup Series. The iconic restaurant brand will also serve as a season-long associate across the Trackhouse fleet.

Wendy’s will kick off its 2026 on track presence on February 22 at EchoPark Speedway (Hampton, Ga.) as the brand’s mouthwatering paint schemes will adorn Chastain’s No. 1 Chevrolet.

“There’s nothing better than rolling through the Wendy’s drive-thru and grabbing a Baconator®,” said Chastain. “I’m happy to see them back on our cars this year and looking forward to getting them into victory lane.”

Two weekends later, Zilisch, a Cup Series rookie, will sport Wendy’s iconic colors on March 8 at Phoenix Raceway (Avondale, Ariz.) and later in the season, six-time Cup Series winner van Gisbergen will take over from the No. 97 driver’s seat in the Brickyard 400 (Indianapolis, Ind.) on July 26.

“Wendy’s has been a big part of my NASCAR journey since I came to the United States,” said van Gisbergen. “To have such a popular restaurant brand support me has been special. Wendy’s is my go-to spot when gearing up for race weekends. After all, nothing tastes better than a Wendy’s Frosty® when my team and I have had a long day at the track.”

Last season, Wendy’s served as the primary sponsor for all three Trackhouse cars. The brand also backed Trackhouse Racing’s PROJECT91 entry in the 67th running of the Daytona 500 with four-time Indy 500 champion Helio Castroneves, marking a standout moment in the partnership.

“At Wendy’s, we put the customer first and deliver excellence every single day,” said Lindsay Radkoski, U.S. Chief Marketing Officer, The Wendy’s Company. “Our partnership with Trackhouse Racing is a perfect extension of that commitment, bringing the same winning energy to the track that we bring to our fans every day in restaurants nationwide.”

Wendy’s will activate its NASCAR experience at the restaurant near Daytona (Fla.) International Speedway from Friday, February 13 through Sunday, February 15. The restaurant, located at 1444 W. International Speedway Boulevard in Daytona Beach, will be serving up food, and exclusive limited-edition swag, and a drive-thru racecar experience for motorsports fans attending the Daytona 500.
