Viking Motorsports and Alpha Prime Racing have worked out a deal that will enter Anthony Alfredo into the No. 4 Chevrolet for the season-opening O’Reilly Auto Parts Series race at Daytona International Speedway, the team announced.
Alfredo failed to qualify into the United Rentals 300 on speed, with the No. 96 Chevrolet slotting in 41th on the qualifying results page after 2025 owner points were taken into account. Caesar Bacarella, co-owner of Alpha Prime, locked into the event with the 26th quickest time.
The partnership allows Alfredo and primary sponsor Dude Wipes to compete at Daytona International Speedway after his run in the America 250 Florida Duels was disallowed on Thursday evening. It also allows Alfredo to score driver points as he races in the series full time while the No. 4 Alpha Prime entry will receive the owner points.
