Person of interest identified in connection with break-in at Greg Biffle’s home

Police on Thursday executed a search warrant at a home in Lincoln County and a business in Mooresville in connection with the break-in at the late NASCAR driver Greg Biffle’s home.

A spokesperson for the Iredell County Sheriff’s Office told WBTV that there is a person of interest in the case, even though no arrests had been made as of Thursday, April 23. Authorities did not release the name of the person of interest, as of Thursday.

The ICSO sent a press release Thursday night confirming search warrants were conducted at two different locations. WBTV was on-site as the warrant was being executed at 2863 Saint James Church Road in Denver. The other search warrant was executed at 144 McCrary Creek Road in Mooresville.
